Supporting the communities where we live and work has been a part of our Company DNA since its inception. Today this means recognizing the far-ranging challenges faced and taking meaningful steps to provide access to the resources needed to overcome, grow and thrive. Through our partnerships we are able to understand the specific needs and the gaps in support for the communities we are a part of and we leverage these relationships to make the connections necessary to offer this critical assistance.

Supporting Disaster Relief

Major tragedies are a heartbreaking reality and it is critical our communities have the resources to recover and rebuild. Through our partnerships, including with the Red Cross, United Way and Habitat for Humanity, we have helped support these efforts with product and financial donations. Our employees have also stepped up, volunteering time and effort to help their neighbors in need.

Empowering and Supporting Child Development

From subsidizing a child development center for our corporate employees to sponsoring the LPGA Smucker Child Development Center and supporting Boys and Girls Clubs chapters across the country, we are committed to the care and growth of children – our own and those in the communities where we live and work.

Increasing Availability to Emotional Support Services

We offer a broad range of mental health services to our employees and partner with organizations that recognize this critical need as part of their holistic support.
