Lindsey Tomaszewski
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Lindsey Tomaszewski currently serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, Lindsey leads the Company’s talent acquisition, leadership and employee development, change management, labor relations, total rewards, HR shared services, and HR regional operations teams.
Lindsey brings more than 20 years of experience in organizational excellence and a proven track record of driving world-class employee engagement; leading large, cross-functional teams; and implementing results-focused human capital plans across organizations and multiple lines of business.
Professional Highlights
Lindsey joined Smucker in 2013 and has held roles of increasing responsibility across talent, organizational excellence, and human resources. She was named a Company Officer in 2019.
Throughout her career Lindsey has successfully managed significant organizational change and transformation initiatives while continuously striving to enhance how the company can best support and develop its workforce. Her leadership has helped to cultivate and maintain a culture at Smucker that is recognized for its role in helping employees thrive.
Prior to joining the Company, Lindsey held talent and organizational leadership positions at PNC Financial Services, National City Bank, and Avatar Management Services.

Lindsey is part of several industry organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management and the Network of Executive Women.
Community Leadership
In addition to her Company and industry leadership, Lindsey is also active in the community, including serving as Board Vice Chairman for Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens and sitting on the Advisory Council for St. Hilary School.
Educational Background
Lindsey earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from John Carroll University and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Akron.
