Angela Burick

Angela Burick currently serves as Senior Vice President, Finance & Controller. In this role, Angela provides strategic leadership for the Company’s financial reporting and accounting, accounting shared services, plant finance services, and financial systems, projects, and regulatory compliance functions.  

As a seasoned finance professional with more than 28 years of experience, Angela is recognized for driving performance, strengthening processes through a commitment to continuous improvement, and fostering financial excellence and compliance across the enterprise.  

Professional Highlights 

Since joining the Company in 2002, Angela has held roles of increasing responsibility across the finance organization including being named a Company Officer in 2023. Her leadership has spanned complex accounting relating to acquisitions and divestitures, supporting financial strategic planning, and ensuring GAAP compliance while maintaining a robust control environment.  

Prior to joining Smucker, Angela served as an auditor with Bruner-Cox LLP.  

Community Leadership 

In addition to her professional leadership, Angela is deeply committed to community leadership and involvement. She currently serves as secretary of the Louisville Public Library Board of Trustees and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Walsh University Deville School of Business.  

Educational Background  

Angela earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Walsh University.
