Tim Wayne has been elected to the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager, Coffee and Away From Home. In this role, Tim will oversee the Company’s leading coffee portfolio, which includes three of the largest brands in the category, Folgers®, Dunkin®, and Café Bustelo®. He will also maintain oversight of the Away From Home business, which supports distribution of the Company’s leading brands to institutional partners outside of traditional mass retail including restaurants and hospitality, schools and universities, healthcare, and in the convenience store channel.    

He brings more than eight years of experience as a general manager and more than three decades in consumer-packaged goods, with expertise across marketing, brand building, innovation, and sales.   Throughout his career, Tim has shown a consistent ability to deliver growth while driving enhanced profitability.  

Professional Highlights 

Tim joined the Company in 2008 and was named a Company Officer in 2023.  

Over the past three years, Tim has overseen the  growth of the Away From Home business and the stabilization of the International business. Tim has led a commitment to prioritization and focus for the away from home business that has supported a swift recovery from the effects of the pandemic resulting in strong sales growth and improved profitability, along with expanded distribution for the Company’s leading brands. He has also spearheaded the work to simplify the Company’s international portfolio to enhance productivity and profitability.  

Before joining the Company, Tim held roles of increasing responsibility at Procter & Gamble, including overseeing the Folgers® away from home business in advance of its acquisition by Smucker. 

Industry Leadership 

Tim currently serves as vice chair of the Board of Directors of IFMA – The Food Away From Home Association. Founded in 1952, IFMA is a trade association dedicated to supporting the food-away-from-home ecosystem of manufacturers, distributors, operators, and others. 

Educational Background  

Tim earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and actuarial science from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
