While we remain principles based, we have established core policies setting forth best practices and expectations in support of maintaining a positive work environment, including our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, our Anti-Harassment/Discrimination Policy and a Policy against Retaliation. In addition, we have internal mechanisms in place for the reporting and resolution of concerns, including an anonymous option available through and administered by a third party. To maintain the transparency we are committed to, and to encourage the use of these channels when appropriate, a report is shared with employees annually including details of reports received through our various channels.
These documents and processes reinforce our commitment to maintain a positive work environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other inappropriate behaviors.
